Following the specific purchase, the voting rights of Marfin Financial Group Holdings Societe Anonyme in Cyprus Popular Bank Public Company Ltd are equal to 14,28% of the company''s voting rights and derive from 51.038.476 common registered shares.
B. In the context of article 24, par. 2, section b of law 3461/2006, MARFIN FINANCIAL GROUP announces that on the 2nd of November 2006 it acquired 112.494 common registered shares of Cyprus Popular Bank Public Company Ltd at an average price of EUR 6,54 per share, which correspond to 0,03% of its voting rights. Following the specific purchase, the voting rights of Marfin Financial Group Holdings Societe Anonyme in Cyprus Popular Bank Public Company Ltd are equal to 14,31% of the company''s voting rights and derive from 51.150.970 common registered shares.
C. In the context of article 24, par. 2, section b of law 3461/2006, MARFIN FINANCIAL GROUP announces that on the 3rd of November 2006 it acquired 3.081.882 common registered shares of Cyprus Popular Bank Public Company Ltd at an average price of EUR 6,47 per share, which correspond to 0,86 % of its voting rights. Following the specific purchase, the voting rights of Marfin Financial Group Holdings Societe Anonyme in Cyprus Popular Bank Public Company Ltd are equal to a total of 15,17% of the company''s voting rights and derive from 54.232.852 common registered shares.
