Announcement of the Law 3556/2007

The company “Plaisio Computers SA” announces based on c.l. 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), in combination with the provisions of article 19 of the 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council, that George Gerardos of Konstantinos, President and CEO of the BoD, bought 3.881 common shares of the Company, of total value of euro 8.812,96 on 03.04.2020.
