EPSILON NET, in application with the provisions of L3556/2007 announces that based on information received on 18.09.2020, the shareholder under the name "BARCA CAPITAL MASTER FUND LP" , due to the acquisition of ordinary registered shares of the Issuer, on September 17, 2020,   now owns in total 811,000 shares, corresponding to 6.05% of the total voting rights of EPSILON NET.

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights before the transaction:

Direct participation 4.78% (i.e. 640,000 common registered voting shares),

Indirect participation 0% (i.e. 0 common registered voting shares and total participation percentage and voting rights (direct and indirect) 4.78% (i.e. 640,000 common registered voting shares) of EPSILON NET.

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights after the purchase of shares:

Direct participation 6.05% (i.e. 811,000 common registered voting shares),

indirect participation 0% (i.e. 0 common registered voting shares) and total percentage of participation and voting rights (direct and indirect) 6.05% (i.e. 811,000 common registered voting shares) of EPSILON NET.

BARCA GLOBAL MASTER FUND LP is not controlled by any   person or legal entity, according to article 3 of Law 3556/2007 and does not control any other entity that directly or indirectly holds a stake in the issuer EPSILON NET.
