The Company “GEK TERNA Holdings, Real Estate, Construction S.A.” announces, pursuant to article 21 of law 3556/2007 and article 11 of decision no. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that the executive member of the BoD, Chairman and C.E.O. (person subject of the obligations of the EU Regulation 596/2014) Mr. Georgios Peristeris, by exercising stock option rights in the course of implementation of the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 9/12/2019, acquired through an OTC transaction on  1/7/2022, 233,224 common registered shares of the Company, at the total price of euros 466,448.
