- On January 20, 2020, Mr. Alexandros Kokkidis, Treasury and Investor Relations Director acquired 180 Company's registered common shares, at an average price of 8.39 euro and with total amount of 1,510.20 euro.

- On January 21, 2020, Mr. Dimitrios Karastogiannis, Corporate Affairs Director, acquired 1,200 Company's registered common shares, at an average price of 8.36 euro and with total amount of 10,032.00 euro.
