LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notification, announces that “AEGEAN AIRLINES SOCIETE ANONYME”, on the 22^nd October, 2019 bought 1,319,840 own shares of the Company, at an average price of 7.00 euro and with total amount of 9,238,880.00 euro.

“AEGEAN AIRLINES SOCIETE ANONYME” is pursuant to the provisions of article 3, par.1 (26) of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, a legal person closely associated with Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis, Non Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors.
