FRIGOGLASS S.A.IC. announces that, subsequent to its announcement of 3 March 2006, it has been informed by its shareholder, DEUTSCHE BANK A.G. LONDON, that on 2 March 2006: (a) DEUTSCHE BANK A.G. LONDON acquired 1,500,000 shares in FRIGOGLASS S.A.IC.; and (b) its subsidiary DWS Investment GmbH acquired 12,000 shares in FRIGOGLASS S.A.IC. Subsequent to the above transactions, DEUTSCHE BANK A.G. LONDON and DWS Investment GmbH own a total of 2,306,141 shares in FRIGOGLASS S.A.IC. (as opposed to 794,141 shares prior to the transactions), which correspond to 5.77% of its share capital (as opposed to 1.99% prior to the transactions).
