Subsequent to the above transaction, DEUTSCHE BANK A.G. LONDON owns a total of 2,207,141 shares in FRIGOGLASS S.A.IC. (as opposed to 707,141 shares prior to the transaction), which correspond to 5.52% of its share capital (as opposed to 1.77% prior to the transaction).
