REDS SA (the "Company"), pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, as in force, and the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, informs the investment community that Mr. Gerasimos Georgoulis has resigned from his duties as Financial Manager of the Company.

Mrs. Stamatiki Hioti undertakes duties of Acting Financial Manager of the Company.

The Company will immediately inform the investment community about any relevant development.
