The Bank of Cyprus Group informs the investing public that 906 Bank of Cyprus shares will be introduced for trading on Wednesday 24 January 2001. These 906 shares were the result of the rounding of fractions resulting from the 1:5 bonus issue.The above shares will be introduced for trading simultaneously on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Athens Stock Exchange.After the aforementioned introduction, the total number of Bank of Cyprus shares will amount to 432.258.920.
