As has already officially announced, the construction of a Clinic in the South Suburbs is part of the corporate plan of IASO Group.
For this purpose the General Meeting of IASO Southern Suburbs, decided the increase of share capital by the amount of 10.000.000 Euro and the disposal of the relative shares at the price of 5 Euro each, to the parent company IASO SA, as well as to a limited number of doctors through a private placement.
