Info-Quest S.A. informs the investing public that its Shareholders'' Ordinary General Meeting, which convened on 19.12.2006, decided τhe share capital of the company decrease by the amount of EUR 9.741.044 through a corresponding decrease of the par value of each share from euro 0,90 to euro 0,70.
Thus, the share capital of the company will amount to euro 34,093,654, divided into 48,705,220 common bearer shares of a par value of euro 0.70 each.
The Ministry of Development by its relevant decision K2-18225/09/01/2007 approved the modification of the relevant Article of the company''s Charter, and the ATHEX Board of Directors, during its session on January 18, 2007 was informed about the decrease of the par value of the company''s shares.
From January 24, 2007 the shares of the company will be traded on the ATHEX under their new par value of euro 0,70 per share.
