Pursuant to the resolution No.3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A. announces that:
1. Mr. Robert M. Reynaud has been appointed Chief Information Officer of the Bank and the Group.
The Project Programming Office, the I.T. Application Division and the I.T. Systems Division are administratively and operationally subject to Mr. Robert Reynaud.
2. Mr. Didier C. Reboul has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.
The following Divisions are administratively and operationally subject to Mr. Didier Reboul: Finance Division, Group Treasury Division and Strategy and Investors Relations Division.
