The company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. informs the investment public that following its announcement regarding its participation in the bidding of PRIVATIZATION AGENCY OF SERBIA for privatization of the company Rafinerija nafte Beograd, through the sale of 70% of its share capital, which was held on November 17th, has already been selected in the first phase as the best bidder a) with regard to the purchasing price which amounts to 16.38 mil.euro and b) with regard to the total investment programme which amounts to 15 mil. euro. The official results will be announced after the second session of the Committee, which will be held next week.
