According to the Presidential Decree 51/1992 as well as the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, GERMANOS SA announces that COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD, 100% subsidiary of COSMOTE - MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SA, on the 4th December 2006 has acquired at the price of Euro 19 per share, through stock exchange transactions, a further 136,469 GERMANOS SA common registered shares (corresponding to equal number of voting rights). Following these transactions, COSMOTE - MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SA holds directly and indirectly, through its 100% subsidiary COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD, 88.56%.
