Hellenic Exchanges S.A. Holding (HELEX) announces that on 24.11.2006 decision number K2-16134/23.11.2004 of the Minister of Development, approving the merger by absorption by HELEX of its wholly owned subsidiaries Central Securities Depository (CSD) and Athens Derivatives Exchange Clearing House (ADECH), was registered in the Companies Register, thus completing the merger.
