Following our letter dated 23.11.2006 concerning the article of the daily press SYMVOULOS and referring to the close relationship and the secret between the company PANTECHNIKI S.A. and the company ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI S.A., we announce that the above companies never conducted a meeting with a view of Absorption of Pantechniki S.A. by the company Elliniki Technodomiki S.A. through an exchange of shares.
