A shareholder who represents 0,74% of the paid in capital of the company ΙASO SA, requests from the One- member Court of First Instance of Athens (Department of Ex-parte application Jurisdiction) the substitution of five (5) out of thirteen (13) members of the Board of Directors with the appointment of five (5) new temporary members. According to the shareholder''s allegations, the members he is asking to be substituted have breached the provisions of article 23 of regulation 2190/1920 and article 20 of the company''s Articles of association, by participating as shareholders or directors in companies with competitive activities.
It is believed that the Court will not honor this claim. Even if the Court honors this claim it is not expected to affect the course of the company.
