Following relative decision of the General Assembly of the shareholders of the Company which took place in June 27th, 2006 and the subsequent approval of the Ministry of Development, the company's corporate name was changed from Hyatt Regency Hotels & Tourism (Hellas) SA to Regency Entertainment SA.
The change of the corporate name in the ASE will be effected upon the ASE Board of Directors' approval for such change. The Company will advise the investment community accordingly when such approval has been obtained.
