It is announced, according to the article 2, paragraph 2, element e' of the decision 3/347/2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that the Board of Directors of PPA SA decided the appointment of the Head of the Information Technology Directorate Mr. Panagiotis Petroulis in the position of General Manager of the company and recalled it's former decision for the appointment of Mr. Petroulis as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
