Following the announcement of LAMDA Development S.A. dated 19.6.2006 regarding the sale of paper-based registered shares, the Company announces the following: According to the Capital Market Commission's Regulation 3/387/19.6.2006, which amends its previous regulation 1/380/4.5.2006, the deadline for submission to the Company the paper-based registered shares for dematerialization is extended until 31.10.2006. Shares not submitted to the Company for dematerialization by 31.10.2006, will be sold through the Athens Exchange, under supervision of the Company. Regarding the procedure of the sale and the payment method for the proceeds from this sale, the abovementioned announcement of the Company dated 19.6.2006 is applicable.
