According to the agreement signed on 15.06.2006, our company PHILIPPOS NAKAS S.A. MUSIC HOUSE purchased the 17,2% of share capital of NAKAS MUSIC (CYPRUS) LTD. and now owns the 100% of the company's share capital. As of today the company owned the 82,8% of NAKAS MUSIC (CYPRUS) LTD. share capital, i.e. 207.000 shares of total value CYP 207.000 (362.268,19 Euros) and purchased the remaining 43.000 shares of total value CYP 43.000 at the price of CYP 26.950 (47.162,38 Euros). As a result, today the company owns 250.000 shares at the total purchase price of 409.430,48 Euros.
