Thpa sa announces that, after the unanimous decision of The Board of the Directors,in 15/6/2006, Mr Lazaros Kanavouras, former member of the Board of Directors of Thpa s.a., was elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thpa s.a. Mr Ch. Koutitas remains as a member of the Board of Directors of Thpa s.a.
