According to the resolution 5/204/14.11.2000 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, GERMANOS SA announces that COSMOTE SA owner of 6,500,000 GERMANOS SA shares representing 7.97% of GERMANOS SA share capital, informed about the acquisition of further 5,229,103 GERMANOS SA shares representing 6.39% of GERMANOS SA share capital on the 17th of May 2006. Following this transaction, COSMOTE SA holds 14.36% (11,729,103 shares) of the Company's share capital.
