COSMOTE and its subsidiary COSMOTE ROMANIAN MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. (COSMOTE ROMANIA) signed an agreement today for a Euro 30 million loan to COSMOTE ROMANIA , for two months. The agreement is part of the scheduled financing of COSMOTE ROMANIA by up to a total amount of euro 400 million during the period 2006-2008. The financing of COSMOTE ROMANIA, including the re-financing of the above mentioned Euro 30 million loan, will be funded by COSMOTE through borrowings from OTE's subsidiary, OTE plc, following the necessary approval by the Ordinary General Assembly of the Company's shareholders that will take place on June 9, 2006.
