According to Article 276 of the ASE Regulation and the Decision No.3/347 / 12.07.2005 of the B.D. of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee , the company "METAL CONSTRUCTIONS OF GREECE S.A." announces that on May 3rd. 2006, proceeded to the transfer of 8.000 nominal shares of the company 3KP S.A., representing the total of METKA's shares (40%) in the share capital of the company 3KP , against the amount of EUR 993.600,00, ie. 124,20 EUR / share. The company (METKA S.A.) transferred the above shares to the old shareholders of the company 3KP S.A., Messrs E.Prouzos, G.Kikis, G.Konstantinou.
