By this present we announce, according to art. 1 par. 5 of the Presidential Decree 82/96 that the company intends to participate, either on its own, or as a member of joint ventures, in bids procedures falling in the provisions of art. 15 par. 1 of the L. 2328/1995. More specifically, the company intends to participate in the proclamations No. 6595/29.3.2006, 6596/29.3.2006, 6597/29.3.2006, 6598/29.3.2006, 6599/29.3.2006 και 6600/29.3.2006 announced by Koinwnia tis Pliroforias SA (K.t.P. S.A.) regarding the public contest "Mini-SYZEYXIS-Telecommunications Network-Lot 1", "Mini-SYZEYXIS-Telecommunications Network-Lot 2", "Mini-SYZEYXIS-Telecommunications Network-Lot 3", "Mini-SYZEYXIS-Telecommunications Network-Lot 4", "Mini-SYZEYXIS-Telecommunications Network-Lot 5", "Mini- SYZEYXIS-Telecommunications Network-Lot 6", which is budgeted at euro 2.365.529,94 euro (V.A.T. included), 4.272.608,47 euro (V.A.T. included), 2.883.800,41 euro (V.A.T. included), 1.384.777,22 euro (V.A.T. included), 8.737.266,71 euro (V.A.T. included) και 6.438.011,36 euro (V.A.T. included), respectively, and will be carried out on 12/5/2006, at 10:00 or at any other date that may be determined. Furthermore, our company intends to participate in the proclamation No. 06/2006, with Prot. No. 5321.1/06/2006 announced by the Ministry of Merchant Marine regarding the open ordinary contest "Development of information system for the provision of information to the passengers-Naftilos and provision of technical support services", which is budgeted at euro 10.172.426,00 (V.A.T. included), and will be carried out on 16/5/2006, at 10:00 or at any other date that may be determined. The Societe Anonyme shareholders of our company, according to paragraph 3 of article 1 of the above P.D. 82/96, must hold nominal shares and are obliged to submit to our company a certification for the definition of their shareholders, or according to paragraph 2 of article 1 of the above Presidential Decree their lawful release so that our company can work out the respective special shareholders Registry. inally, it is noted that non compliance of S.A. shareholders of our company to the above, bears consequences provided by article 2, paragraph 2 of the above P.D. 82/96 (Deprivation of representation and voting rights in the Company's General Meeting and of any kind of property rights derived by their shareholding).
