The Boards of Directors of the companies ELVAL COLOUR, S.Α., a subsidiary (99,99%) of ΕLVΑL, S.Α., and VΕCΤOR, S.A., owned by ELVAL, S.A. (66,67%) and HALCOR, S.A. (33,33%), during their meetings dated 19/4/2006, decided to start the merger procedure of the two companies, through absorption of VECTOR, S.A. by ELVAL COLOUR, S.A.
As transformation date was fixed: 30/4/2006. The merger will be effected according to the provisions of L. Ν.2166/1993 and L.2190/1920.
