The above company's participation in the total voting rights of EGNATIA BANK S.A. has reached 37.489% (37.485% directly - 0.004% indirectly) from 36.932% (36.928% directly - 0.004% indirectly), representing 34,859,998 shares with voting rights (34,856,668 directly - 3,330 indirectly) from 34,342,206 (34,338,876 directly - 3,330 indirectly), whereas the above company's total participation in EGNATIA BANK's share capital is now 33.497% (33.494% directly - 0.003% indirectly) compared to 32.999 (32.996% directly - 0.003% indirectly) previously. Furthermore, in accordance with Marfin Financial Group S.A.'s announcement, the indirect participation pertains to the corporate entity "Investment Bank S.A." which is controlled by Marfin Financial Group S.A. and the date of the transaction was 18th April 2006.
