The Chairman of Delta Holding S.A., Mr. Dimitris Daskalopoulos announces that Mr. Justin Jenk, managing director of Delta Holding has decided to leave Delta. Mr. Daskalopoulos noted that Mr. Jenk was appointed CEO in 2004 as part of the group's drive towards performance improvements, diversification and financial rationalization. With the announcement of the merger with Chipita and the formation of BrandCo, following such other landmarks as the deals with Danone and Nestle, Mr. Jenk accomplished his mission with great distinction. "We are grateful to Justin for his work and contributions to the great progress made by Delta in recent years" said Mr. Daskalopoulos. For his part, Mr. Jenk expressed his thanks to the company and the Chairman for the trust they have shown him and said "the creation of BrandCo sets Delta Holding on a promising course for further growth and even better performance in the future. My knowledge of the people and their leadership underpins my confidence that they will take full advantage of the opportunities opening up for the new company.".
