Demetrios Daskalopoulos-Chairman and Managing Director, Panagiotis Kanelopoulos-Vice Chairman, non-executive board member, Spyros Theodoropoulos, non-executive board member, Stylianos Argyros independent non-executive board member, Apostolos Tamvakakis non-executive board member, Odysseas Kyriakopoulos independent non-executive board member and Eleftherios Antonakopoulos non-executive board member. The term of the above Board of Directors expires on 30.06.2008.
