Con. Cardassilaris & Sons - Cardico announce that on 11/04/2006 made the below changes per Decree-law 51/92

1.Mr. John Cardassilaris of Constantine managing Director of the company has sold 300,000 common shares of the company which was the 1.369% of the share capital and the voting rights of Con. Cardassilaris & Sons. Mr. John Cardassilaris before the change had 16.988% voting rights and share capital of the company which was 3,723,860 common shares and votes. After the above sale the percentage of voting rights and capital share of Mr. John Cardassilaris is set to 15.619% and 3,423,860 common shares and voting rights.

2.Mr. George Cardassilaris of Constantine managing Director of the company has sold 300,000 common shares of the company which was the 1.369% of the share capital and the voting rights of Con. Cardassilaris & Sons. Mr. George Cardassilaris before the change had 16.658% voting rights and share capital of the company which was 3,651,500 common shares and votes. After the above sale the percentage of voting rights and capital share of Mr. George Cardassilaris is set to 15.289% and 3,351,500 common shares and voting rights.
