Info-Quest S.A. informs the investing public that it's Shareholders' Ordinary General Meeting, which convened on 28.03.2006, decided:

a) The share capital of the company increase by the amount of EUR 68.187.308, through the capitalization of a corresponding amount deriving from a Share Premium Account and an increase of the par value of each share by EUR 1.40 (i.e. from EUR 1.00 to EUR 2.40 each).

b) The share capital of the company decrease by the amount of EUR 73.057.830 through a corresponding decrease of the par value of each share from EUR 2.40 to EUR 0.90. The amount of the decrease will be returned-in cash-to company shareholders with the cash payment of EUR 1.50 per share.

Thus, the share capital of the company will amount to EUR 43,834,698.00, divided into 48,705,220 common bearer shares of a par value of EUR 0.90 each. The Ministry of Development by its relevant decision K2-4760/31/03/2006 approved the modification of the relevant Article of the company's Charter, and the ATHEX Board of Directors, during its session on April 5, 2006 was informed about the increase and decrease of the par value of the company's shares. Based on the above, beneficiaries of the share capital return of Euro 1.50 per share will be shareholders that will have been registered in the company's Shareholders' Register at the close of the trading session of the ATHEX on April 10, 2006. As of the following date, i.e. April 11, 2006, the shares of the company will be traded on the ATHEX under their new par value (Euro 0.90 per share) and ex rights. Also, as of the same date, the opening price for the trading of the company's shares on the ATHEX will be adjusted in accordance with Regulation 35/24.11.2005 of the ATHEX Board of Directors.
