According to the Article 2, par. 2e of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Resolution 3/347/12.7.2005, FRIGOGLASS S.A.I.C. announces the appointment of Mr. George Zeris to the position of Internal Audit Manager effective as of February 27th 2006, in replacement of Ms. Kallirroi Belevonis who has resigned from her duties. Mr. Zeris holds a degree in Economics from the University of Piraeus. He has more than twenty six years experience with financial institutions, manufacturing and construction companies in executive and management positions of finance and audit.
