GOODY'S S.A., in continuance to its announcement of 28.02.2006 related to its schedule of planned corporate actions of 2006, announces that the dates of the above schedule are transferred, awaiting of the probable passing of the rider of the plan of law "Tax regulations of the associated companies and other adjustments" related to the profit distribution, as follows: a) the release of the Annual Financial Statements will take place on March 14th, 2006 instead of March 9th, 2006, b) the annual presentation to the analysts of the company's financial results will take place on March 14th, 2006 instead of March 10th, 2006. The rest of the dates remain the same as those announced in the previous schedule, that is the date of the Shareholders Annual General Meeting is the 25th May, 2006, while the ex-dividend date is the 29th May, 2006 and the dividend payout date is the June 5th, 2006. The dividend for fiscal year 2005 will be paid through a bank, according to article 329 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation. The details will be released by a later corporate announcement.
