In accordance with the Regulation of the Athens Exchange and Decision no.3/347/12.07.2005 of the HCMC, as currently in force, the company PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A. announces that on 9 February 2006 purchased -via the Athens Exchange-100,000 common registered shares of the company "TILETYPOS S.A.". Consequently, PEGASUS PUBLISHING owns henceforth 7,406,743 voting shares, i.e. its holding in the share capital of the aforementioned company stands at 23.71%.
