According to Presidential Decree No. 51/1992, and after a relevant notice by the Chairman of the Board of the company Mr Christos Papaellinas, it is hereby noted that his participation in the share capital has been reduced from 10.18% to 9.85% as a result of the company's share capital increase from the merger by absorption of AIAKOS S.A.
