LAVRENTIADIS S.A., within the framework of the ongoing merger of its subsidiaries BALLIS CHEMICALS S.A. by absorption of LAMDA DETERGENTS S.A., announces that the documents and information provided for in article 73, par. 1 of Cod. Law 2190/1920 are at the disposal of the shareholders.
