MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A announces that its shareholder under the legal name Motor Oil Holdings S.A made the following statement:

Following a proposal of Aramco Overseas Company B.V, Motor Oil Holdings S.A with its letter dated September 15th, 2005 agreed, in the context of exercising the right of first refusal it had, to buy from Aramco Overseas Company B.V the stake of the latter in the Jersey, of United Kingdom, based company with the legal name Petroventure Holdings Limited as well as the aggregate of the shares of the also Jersey based company with the legal name Petroshares Limited.
