In light of the article published in the newspaper ISOTIMIA, we refute the reference made to contacts between either DELTA HOLDING S.A. or the new company currently being set up ("BrandCo") and the companies ION, YIOTIS and PAPADOPOULOS BISCUITS.

The same newspaper also refers to "advanced discussions with the company NIKAS". This has already been refuted on January 9.
