GERMANOS Group of Companies, within the context of its strategic expansion and through its subsidiary company GERMANOS Telecom Bulgaria SA , signed a service provision agreement with Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile SA, which is subsidiary of OTE and the company who has acquired the 2nd license of mobile telephony in Bulgaria.Through this agreement, GERMANOS Telecom Bulgaria SA is responsible for all the propulsion of all the mobile telephony products and services of Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile SA, which is activated under the discrete title GLOBUL.GERMANOS' Telecom Bulgaria SA, aim is to develop the GERMANOS Chain of Stores in Bulgaria, which is already activated with 20 owned stores and is aiming to cover the Bulgaria state with 30 stores, in the year 2001, according to the aggressive growth plan of the company. At the same time, GERMANOS Group of Companies is developing cooperations with a wide network of selected dealers, who have the high quality standards of the company.Remaining faithful to its vision, the Group, through its expansion of the GERMANOS Group of Companies in the wider market of Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in the Markets of the Eastern Mediterranean, is aiming to create the biggest Chain of Stores and to offer services to consumers as far as mobile telephony is concerned and telecommunications services in general.
