Agreement between EYDAP S.A.  and  the Greek State

EYDAP S.A. hereby informs the investment community that, in view of the renewal of its exclusive right to provide water supply and sewerage services in the geographical area of its competence, the Company in agreement with the Greek State is to extend the existing bilateral Contract for a period of six (6) months, that consultation process will have been completed. The aforementioned agreement will be submitted for ratification by the Board of Directors of EYDAP S.A., at its next meeting, tomorrow Wednesday, 23^rd October, 2019.
