According to PD 51/1992, the company GERMANOS SOCIETE ANONYME INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY, announces that the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Panos GERMANOS informed the former that on January 15th 2007 he acquired, through the fully controlled by him company MICROSTAR Ltd, 100 registered B class shares of the company COSMOHOLDING CUPRUS LIMITED (which, prior to this transaction constituted a 100% subsidiary of COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SA). On the date of the aforementioned transaction, COSMOHOLDING CUPRUS LIMITED owned 99.14% of GERMANOS SA.
