Lapse of the right to the dividend for fiscal year 2005

28 September 2011 - HELLENIC EXCHANGES informs investors that on 31.12.2011 the five year period, during which the dividend for fiscal year 2005 can be collected, expires. Following the abovementioned date, the rights to the dividend for fiscal year 2005 that have not been collected by investors, will lapse in favor of the Greek State, in accordance with the laws in effect.

Shareholders that have not received the dividend for fiscal year 2005 should contact the Investor Relations and Strategic Planning Department of the Company (tel. +30-210 3366616) in order to make arrangements to collect it as soon as possible.
