"PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES SA" (or "Company") announces by Article 13, paragraph 2 of the Operating Rules of the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, the following:

The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders, held on June 11, 2024, approved distributing a dividend of 0.05243 euros per share. This translates to a net dividend per share of 0.05263 euros, after deducting the withholding tax of 5%, by the provisions of Law 4548/2018.

According to article 64 of Law 4172/2013, the final dividend of 0.05263 euros per share is subject to a withholding tax of 5%, as it applies today. Therefore, the net dividend paid will be 0.0499985 euros per share.

The dividend will be paid to the Company's shareholders, registered in the Central Securities Depository's (or "D.S.S.") records on the record date, Monday 1/7/2024. The right to receive the 2023 dividend will be cut off on Friday, 28/6/2024. The payment of the dividend will start on Friday, 5/7/2024, through the operators of the beneficiaries at D.S.S. and through the network of branches of the National Bank of Greece.

In particular, the payment of the dividend will be made by "NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA" as follows:

1. Through the Participants of the beneficiaries in the D.S.S. (Banks and Brokerage Companies) by the applicable Regulations of Greek Central Securities Depository SA and its relevant decisions.

2. In particular, dividend payments to heirs of deceased beneficiaries whose securities are held in the Special Account of their Share at D.S.S., under the management of ATHEXCSD, will be carried out after the heirs' legalization is completed through the network of "NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA."

The relevant provisions make collecting the dividend possible for five years. After the expiry of the five years, the appropriate amounts are time-barred and definitively belong to the Greek State.
