Press release of Corporate Actions Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that on Friday, February 21^st, 2020 the commencement of ex-rights trading for the share capital increase through a rights issue of "AUDIO VISUAL ENTERPRISES S.A." (ISIN:GRS489003004) will be implemented, realized in favour of existing shareholders of the company, in terms of 7.000657780  new common registered shares for every 27 old common registered shares, at an issue price of €0.30 per share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Monday, February 24^th, 2020. The rights' subscription period will be between Wednesday, February 26^th, 2020 and Wednesday, March 11^th, 2020 (included), while trading of 102,847,472 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Wednesday, February 26^th, 2020 and Friday, March 6^th, 2020 (included).
