According to the Decision of the Listings & Market Operation Committee of ATHEX on July 25, 2024, following the implementation of the ATHEX Rulebook, the total number of the shares of the company ‘PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES IT SOLUTIONS' (GRS505003004) are transferred to the Main Market of ATHEX, with start price per share equal to the closing share price of July 30, 2024.  There is no floor /ceiling trading limit for the first three days of trading.
