AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE announces that, following its B.o.D. decisions on 3/2/2005 and 24/6/2005, the via ATHEX sale of its 7,018,310 own shares has been completed by 5-5-2006, on an average price of Euros 5.00 per share. Therefore, the Bank does not hold own shares anymore.
