DATA VENDOR

• Any Legal Entity that signs a direct Data Dissemination Agreement with the Athens Exchange,
• Connects directly to the Athens Exchange (ATHEX) information distribution systems, in order to redistribute the ATHEX market data feed either internally or to third parties,
• Is responsible for the reporting and payment obligations towards ATHEX.

DATA SUBVENDOR

• ATHEX Subvendors differ from ATHEX Data Vendors mainly due to their indirect way they receive the Data Feed, as they do not connect directly to the Athens Exchange, instead they select to receive the Data Feed from an ATHEX Vendor.
• ATHEX Subvendors must also enter into a direct agreement with the Athens Exchange.
• ATHEX Subvendors are not allowed to redistribute the Data Feed to other ATHEX Data Vendors or ATHEX Subvendors.

ATHEX MARKET MEMBER

• Receives the market data feed either directly from Athens Exchange or via ATHEX Data Vendor with its objective being feed redistribution either internally or to customers strictly within the context of investment services provision. ATHEX Market Members must also enter in a direct agreement with the Athens Exchange.

NON-DISPLAY

• Companies that are using the real time information in order to create Derived Data / Non-Display Services, with the following characteristics:
• The «Non-Display» information is generated by electronic processing of the ATHEX real time data feed information.
• There is no way (algorithm) for the end user of the "Non Display Data" to re-create the initial/original ATHEX Data feed information (reverse engineering).

WEB SITES

• WEB Sites providing the ATHEX real time information in public display.

TV BROADCAST PROVIDERS

• TV broadcast of the ATHEX real time information in public display (according to the provisions of Article 37 of the Greek Law 4779/2021).

NON-PROFESSIONAL USER (PRIVATE INVESTOR)

• Any individual who subscribes in his/her personal capacity for his/her own personal investment activities, and not as an executive/senior officer, partner, employee or agent neither of any financial institution nor on behalf of any other individual. The Subscriber, qualifying as a Non?Professional one, shall not have any activities in Greece or abroad in the domain of banking, investment or financing and who is thus not submitted to the rules of any authority supervising financial instruments regulations. The use of the Information by a Non-Professional Subscriber is only for the management of his/her own personal property and may in no circumstances be extended to management of the property of third parties with or without a remunerative nature for the Subscriber.

PROFESSIONAL USER

• All Users that are not qualified as Non-Professional Users.
