Information Content:

The Internet or TV Ticker information flows in a continuous cyclical manner in the form of one (1) tape, displaying the total of Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX), Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and FTSE/ATHEX symbols (Securities-Indices) as well as their accompanying data in an Alphabetical order. On the screen may be displayed simultaneously only 15 or less symbols along with their accompanying data:

• The last price (of an Index or last trade for Securities Symbols),
• The price/value difference from the previous closing price/value (and also in percentage terms),
• Volume of the last trade for Securities Symbols,
• The time of the updated price/value,
• An indication of the price movement direction (increasing, decreasing, neutral movement) in comparison with the previous price,
• The update per appearing symbol takes place only once within a full cycle of the ticker (full cycle: all symbols have been displayed once).

Information Content:

The Indices information outside the Internet or TV Ticker, displays the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX), Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and FTSE/ATHEX indices (symbol and accompanying information) on a website with free access, out of the tickertape. The accompanying information of the Indices includes the following:

• The last price of an Index,
• The price/value difference from the previous closing price/value (and also in percentage terms),
• The Aggregate Volume,
• The time of the updated price/value,
• An indication of the price movement direction (increasing, decreasing, neutral movement) in comparison with the previous price.

Information Content applicable only in companies listed on ATHEX/CSE:

Restricted only to the real time data with regard to the stock of a specific company:

• The last price of the specific Security,
• The price/value difference from the previous closing price/value (and also in percentage terms),
• Aggregate Traded Volume for the specific Security,
• The time of the updated price/value,
• An indication of the price movement direction (increasing, decreasing, neutral movement) in comparison with the previous price.

Redistribution of the ATHEX/CSE Information only on a TV Channel with free access in a snapshot way (in a non-continuous manner of momentary display of the Information).

1. Usage of Real Time Information for the creation of original Created Works. Such Works quite indicatively include indices, quotes, VWAPS (Volume Weighted Average Prices), portfolio evaluation services and analytic reference figures which have been calculated from or using Real time Information.
2. Usage of Real Time Information in electronic trading systems for the purpose of generating orders or executing transactions in an automated and/or semi-automated manner without the display of the original Real Time Information (i.e for algorithmic trading, program trading, or the automated monitoring of trading activities).

1. The «Non Display Data» information is generated by electronic processing of the ATHEX real time data feed information.
2. The end user is receiving only the "Non Display Data" information and not the original ATHEX data feed information from which they have been derived.
3. There is no way (algorithm) for the end user of the "Non Display Data" to re-create the initial/original ATHEX data feed information (reverse engineering).

Redistribution of the ATHEX-CSE Information only on Level 1 (1DDE) only in any way after 15 minutes or more have elapsed from the time the Information was first disseminated by ATHEX to the VENDOR. The distribution of the ATHEX Delayed Data Feed (15 minutes delay) is free of exchange fees and the same applies to the Non-Display Data in delayed time. Also, the distribution of Delayed Data Feed requires no agreement between the Corporate Company and ATHEX.

The distribution of the information per request/quote has the following features:

1. It is provided only upon request of the VENDOR/SUBVENDOR's Subscriber,
2. It has a time stamp,
3. Information packages are distributed per is in code of each security, index or derivative instrument,
4. Package is the total of the information related to a specific is in code at a specific moment,
5. Under no circumstances any continuous flow of information is provided,
6. The information packages are provided to the VENDOR/SUBVENDOR's Subscribers after technical intervention of the VENDOR/SUBVENDORVENDOR, upon its own responsibility, to the existing data feed,
7. It may concern each information product offered by ATHEX.
